PRINTING ADDRESS LABELS FROM MAGNA

(Avery 5160; 30 labels per page)

1.Create the data file (the information you want to print on the labels):
  (a)Go to the main Sales Menu
  (b)Select Contract Report

  (e)At the "Send Report To:" prompt, select FILE and type “owners.sf” for the file name and press Enter

  (f) Press Esc to exit the Contract Report and press Any Key to go back to the Sales Menu.
2.Merge the data with Avery 5160 format: (From the main Sales Menu):
  (a)Select Miscellaneous Reports
  (b)Select Labels- after creating owners.sf

3.Print the labels:
  (a)Load the label paper into the printer (usually goes into the manual feed tray)
  (b)Press Shift-F7
Print

     1 - Full Document
     2 - Page
     3 - Document on Disk
     4 - Printer Control
     5 - Multiple Pages
     6 - View Document
     7 - Initialize Printer

Options

     S - Select Printer                 S MCC Tech Room at hp5dp
     B - Binding Offset                 0"
     N - Number of Copies               1
     U - Multiple Copies Generated by   WordPerfect
     G - Graphics Quality               Medium
     T - Text Quality                   High
     A - Banners                        No
     J - Job Type                       "[ALL TYPES]"
     R - Priority                       50



Selection: 0

  (c)To ensure the paper and formatting are aligned properly, we suggest printing a test page first by:
     i.Press M (to print mulitple pages)
     ii.Enter “1-30” (to print the first 30 labels / one sheet)
  (d)Press Shift-F7 (when ready to print all labels)
  (e)Press F (to print full document; if you printed the first page of labels as a test and don't want to repeat print, Press M and Enter “31-”)
4.To exit the document, Press F7
  (a)Press N (No you don't want to save the document)
  (b)Press Y (Yes you want to exit WordPerfect)
