Fulldown

Fulldown sales are not always easy to put a finger on. However in Manga Timeshare Software this is clearly defined as a contract with a fulldown date greater than zero. I.E it has a date in it.

Ideally this is a date that is equal to or greater than the Date Written.

Fulldown volume is the volume of the sales that were fulldown in the period regardless of when it was written. That means that all deals that were written in the period plus deals that became fulldown from prior periods will be counted in full down volume.

Cancellations will be counted out of the deals that went fulldown regardless of when they canceled.

This is erroneously called solid in other software packages. Solid infers fulldown, out of rescission and will not cancel. SO that is incorrect, and not synonymous with fulldown.
