Reschedule a tour

The definition of reschedule a tour is when someone has said, during confiration or sometime between the time they booked and the time they arrive, that they are not going to arrive BUT they are not going to cancel.

The tour is marked with a status of 'R'. This tour can then be edited prior to the arrival date. BUT use F7 RESCHED key so that there is a history of the reschedule.

Now, if they are going to "retour" after having either, toured OR booked and no showed then there is the optionto ADD another tour. We use different language to differentiate between the two processes.

Good record keeping dictates that a tour noshow be re-booked (rescheduled) with a new survey number to accurately reflect tour bookings and tour nowshow rates
