Stat Report Types

Written Stats

• sales volume only based on written date
• cancelations are only on the sales in the given time period

Fulldown Stats

Fulldown sales are not always easy to put a finger on. However in Magna this is clearly defined as a contract with a fulldown date greater than zero. I.E it has a date in it.

Ideally this is a date that is equal to or greater than the Date Written.

Fulldown volume is the volume of the sales that were fulldown in the period regardless of when it was written. That means that all deals that were written in the period plus deals that became fulldown from prior periods will be counted in full down volume.

Cancellations will be counted out of the deals that went fulldown regardless of when they cancelled.

Cash Flow

• Volume is based on fulldown.
• Cancellations are based on anything that cancelled in the time period.
• Tours are counted as toured in the time period.
