1. SO HOW MANY TOTAL TOURS DID I HAVE LAST WEEK BY SOURCE- BECAUSE THEY ALL HAVE A SOURCE AND IF TEHY WERE ALL MINI VACS AND OPC TOURS EXCEPT FOR 1 WOULDNT ALL BUT ONE SHOW UP ON TEH SOLITICTOR PERFORMANCE REPORT?

No. Not all tours have a solicitor nor are the all manifested ahead of time. HOWEVER IF all tours are manifested/prebooked then those numbers will match. Hence the discrpency report, in bookings on Anzio, used to correct the errors on entry or lack of booking, that is run each day.

1. WHICH REPORT SHOUDL WE USE TO GET A TOTAL RUN OF TOURS ( Q AND NQ) WEEKLY, ALSO TOURS TO MATCH THE AMOUNT IN THE LATER REPORT BY SOURCE?

Any report that has tours by registration date (which is most). Tours by scheduled date are not the same as arrival date. SalesGen, Total sales person report, sales line report, anything that says tours arrived. SOLICITORS PERFORMANCE is not JUST arrivals it is the performance of SCHEDEULED against SHOWED.

The total of tours arrived that solicitors (or anyone) booked DOES NOT necesarrily EQUAL all the tours that arrived. It happens at every sales line I have ever been too. In fact SOME of our clients have ZERO prebooked and the Solicitor performance report say ZERO.
